SOAPBOX ALERT:

Note: This post is being made to myself because I do not want to infer that it is aimed at any one person, but to all. The following sentence was taken from the second paragraph of post #2827, and it is that sentence which I wish to build upon.

"All I ask is that we be honest here in our posts."

I'm probably being a bit naive, but I had always thought that was what
most people did, and if not, then wish they would without the types of
incivility which are or can be found on many of the threads.

I, myself, don't understand what difference it would make if someone is long, short, or whatever as long as they believe that the information they offer, or the questions asked, or what have you are intended in a spirit of goodwill and serious consideration. Frankly, when it comes down to it, if someone were to state their position in any stock it would be hard to verify. Also, I really don't think that the opinions of those on the SI boards are going to have a dramatic effect on what the stock does on a day to day basis especially with a stock of this capitalization. Granted, some of the micro-caps can be impacted by misleading posting, but for those in the class of ONSL, I just don't think so.

I would hope that all who post on any of the SI boards are doing so
without an agenda to mislead, but if they are, I hope I personally never get to such a point that money means so much to me that I would lie or try to intimidate others just to accumulate more of it.

And I seriously hope that those who maintain a "reader only status"
think with their heads and not their hearts when using any of the
information posted on these boards to base their investment decisions
regardless of their experience.

Lastly, while I may not have the wealth of experience that many have, I certainly hope I can get sincere answers to my questions, or un-intimidating counter-points to my comments, and hope this will and does apply to everyone else as well.

Best of luck to all.

Mike
