I was under the impression that it was to glean information from the company about the company. "Wired has written about Pat Hayton extensively in connection with the company." Right. And so have you! So, your point is? There has been a lot of speculation about his "connection" to the company. I don't know that any of it has actually been confirmed. "Aleta dug-up considerable legal dirt about Mr. Hayton that many shareholders have concern about. Certainly, these are legitimate concerns of shareholders." Not necessarily. That would depend entirely upon what role he is playing in this endeavor. Do you know what that is? I would say until you can establish that, some of the questions are inappropriate, etc. I also think the fact that YOU are so intent on making sure that they are submitted just goes to prove how contemptuous you know they are. The fact that I have been relatively silent about this list did NOT mean that I approved of it. I read a post implying that "silence equals approval." That is why I am now speaking up. Bill
