Somebody asked on YooHoo if ZULU would be able to meet new NASDAQ-BB listing requirements.

They posted a link, but you have to do a bit of digging.

Here is a more specific link that will help people understand the new requirements.

Apparently, companies have until April, 1998 to come into full compliance.
