As much as I would like to see Aber expedited, the article is right. The locals have been systematically misled and cheated by government, churches, corporations etc. I don't blame them one bit for being skeptical. No doubt the right palms must be greased, it is hard to take an objective view of this. If you have ever seen the Coppermine River you might understand their concern. It is the cleanest clearest river I have ever seen. It really is spectacular.
