Well the filing also mentions that Cabot , Richards & Reed had 6 directors , but only named two : Pickering and Comer I tried to find the other names at the State of Utah website as this is where CR&R are/were incorporated but no luck. Maybe someone else will turn up more info. I'm done for now as I'm starting to feel sorry for Aviator. Rob
