TSIG Visit Report

On Tuesday morning, we began our 4 hour trip to visit TSIG. Needless to say, I was pumped and my mind was swimming with ideas. As I discussed some of my thoughts with my wife who accompanied me on this trip, she had many ideas for fund raisers too. This brought to light my belief that every single investor in TSIG knows at least 3 people or 3 opportunities that would benefit all of us. WIN... WIN... WIN... Well, on to the trip now.

Meeting Amy and Rich
Amy and Rich met me upon my arrival and gave me the grand tour. I didn't get the chance to sit down with most of the top tier management. Amy has been with TSIG for over 4 years. You can see PRIDE written all over her face. All the staff members were very happy and upbeat. Confidence and BIG THINGS TO COME are in the air. Amy spent a good deal of time explaining the benefits and technology of the Call Center and the in-depth training that operators receive. St Petersburg has a large pool of experienced full time and part time teleservices workers available to us.

I now know why Rich came out of retirement to work for TSIG. To say that Rich is overflowing with excitement would be a gross underexaggeration. Cutting multi-million deals is part of Rich's vocabulary. Rich has the insight and ability to extract the most out of every deal. While he was tight lipped about future events, we discussed the awesome potential of the CARD as a marketing tool and what it will bring to the bottom line for TSIG. in a very short time, we could own the CD market. We will have the largest customer base with the least amount of money spent to get them. True guerilla marketing at it's best.

TSIG Offices
TSIG's Offices are located in beautiful downtown St Petersburg. Their view on the 10th floor of the Marina is drop dead gorgeous. Their office decor makes you feel right at home. I am happy to report that the rumored expansion that thread members have discussed is totally true and is happening as you read this. The training facilities will be put to good use as new teleservices staff are trained and franchise Compact Connection locations are launched in '99 and beyond. Their state-of-the-art Lucent equipment looked real fine and is totally expandable for future needs.

My Personal Closing Thoughts
First off, I am not an investment advisor, nor do I have any working relation with the company. As an investor, everyone should do what best suits their investment style.

I believe that TSIG will be one of the biggest winners in '99 and beyond. If management can successfully leverage the CARD concept into all of the different areas hinted in their domain name search (books, video, entertainment, sports, etc.), the seeming outlandish double digit figures will be a reality. The Babe Ruth deal will open up doors to us that we never thought possible and will make fund raising easier and more lucrative for all it's participants. I have never seen such a marketing potential or investment opportunity in my life.

We will be MASSIVELY PROFITABLE VERY SOON. In time, we will be discovered by the larger investment community and will find ourselves on Nasdaq. Fund managers will be all over TSIG. I have no doubt that we will someday get the same valuation as many of the other internet high flyers. All you have to do is run the numbers. At the end of '99 when we are hopefully at $xx.xx per share, people will be saying that at the end of '98, TSIG could have been bought for the price of a candy bar.

I invite all of you to visit our great company and participate in their spectacular growth. Remember - every single investor in TSIG knows at least 3 people or 3 opportunities that would benefit all of us. WIN... WIN... WIN... If you have the good fortune to visit TSIG as I have, you will come away with the satisfaction that you have invested in a gold mine.

As Spock would say...live long and prosper.
Good , Happy New Year and best wishes from my family to all of you............Norms
