Steve, just discovered your thread and Yamner as well. Looks to be an excellent service. Will be transferring my Merrill account next week. I played ONSL for a few days, and the commissions are outrageous, to say the least.

I maintain two accounts. One at street firm, and the rest online. Eventually, I'd like to daytrade online. In your opinion, how much money would you feel the minimum would be to work with. My first thoughts were 250k, but I feel somewhere under 100k is reasonable.

A question on your firm. When you call the 800 number, are you immediately connected to someone that can place orders, or do you have to go through someone to get to a broker? I want the least amount of run around.

Thanks for your responses.
