I can see why you feel that way Wizzer but I bought this stock at three different prices twice in the 70's and once in the 60's. At the time I saw great potential for this company and thought I was getting a share of it at a good price. Now I look at it for 0.43 and at this price I should load up on it but I too am afraid after what the company pulled on us all. I would love to know all the details and why exactly did Dilillo and Arsenault sold their share for such a low price. In their press release it sounds like there trying to convince us that it was the best thing to do for the company. (" the agreement affords Mond immediate access through the Trailmobile sales system to the large, robust U.S. market that without this deal would have taken the Company years to accomplish.") It doesn't sound like they made a killing on this deal ( Dilillo and Arsenault ) unless of course their were other forms of compensation that were not made public yet. In any event this company is profitable and trading at low low price. I think I'm going to buy some more but a little at a time. If the next quarter results are good I doubt that we will have another chance to buy MII for 0.43. Only my opinion.

Seasons greeting

Mario.
