Thanks for your response Ron. I think you have hit it on head when you said they just cant seem to find a deep pocketed investor. Through the years I have heard numerous names but nothing has materialized. Skoda out of Austria is their (and mine) best chance. Skoda is very large European company that is actually the one constructing their Austrian plant. The plant is supposed to be finished before the end of 1999. Their is talk they may want to take an interest in TITT. But, as Ive said previously Ive heard these comments before. There also is a movement for a plant in Niagra,NY. The city has a municipal bond they are trying to get funded for the building of a plant. But who knows!!

Yes i have averaged down on my shares but I had hoped this thing would have taken off by now..as I know the other shareholders would have also! It appears though it may be a few more years before or if this really gets back on its feet..or should i say to even the one dollar area.
