Go to GNC and get " Prescription for Natural Healing"...has much info on arthritis and has helped members of my family. Shoot edit...after you get the book..call Dr. James Frackelton..in Cleveland and get an appt. He will work with people over the phone if necessary. He saved my life. Shoot
