In 2 years of EDGAR filings, there is not a mention of this Richards individual that I can find other than the purchase of a partnership that includes someone named Richards.

Please provide Date and page of the Barron's article?

What basis is there for thinking that this individual is still involved with the company, assuming that there was a connection at some point? Are the current corporate officers and directors in a conspiracy with this individual?
