TJG- Four possibilities as you outlined. We obviously have a high risk penny stock here. I have about 2 months pay invested. So I figure either I have a large tax writeoff and the government pays one month to me instead of me to them - or - in the best case I make a years pay by next spring. In that case I will gladly pay my taxes. Paul
