He controols several companies of shore that may have consulting agreements now and at one point in time show up as shareholders in IMALL, you wont find his name but you will see offshore entities that cointrol stock, in addition as the govt was moving in on him his calls are monitored and siunce he is in prison he has not been able to get access to these shares directly but through the help of crims outside he has been able to get things stirred up.. It might be wise for you to simply call the Company and ask them directly how they came to exist in the first place..You dont have to take it from me ....why is it you dont want to call them.. the issue you want is Barrons, October 28, 1996 page 24 and 26
