Thought I'd post the following link on farm outlook for '99 and discusses govt reassessing farm deregulation. nt.excite.com - OT - Is "farming" America's form of DRAM chips (govt subsidized permanent glut), and is this necessarily bad? I'm not sure how I feel on this one, because farming is going to always be an industry where you can't produce to match supply to demand. The weather brings alot of luck into play. Perhaps paying farmers to produce at a surplus level is the best route. Shane
