I disagree with your characterizations of the company. Thus, I post to you the following questions:

1) Since you are so critical of Zulu, could you give us a description on how you think new companies come into existence?

2) What are typical growing pains for a new corporation?

3) How often does "if you don't succeed the first time, try, try again" factor into new growth?

4) Do you think employees of a new company take on a team perspective and view new company formation as a challenge, or do you think such employees only want a paycheck and take no pride in their work?

5) How do new companies deal with competition within their respective industry?

6) Do you believe a new company forming in the advertising world could possibly encounter cutthroat conditions?

7) Do you know whether or not it's easy to first attract venture capital and then to keep the necessary funding in place in order to sustain new development?

8) Who do you know who has accomplished anything such as is asked above?

9) Is a new company more likely to experience executive turnover than, say, an older established one?
