Ali- Firrstly a Very Happy and Healthy New Year to you and your family. ( and a prosperous one!!!) I have wondered how the transition from being just one of the story stocks to actually being in Oscar winning terrirtory would happen. I expect it will happen in 1999 and I had thought that Q3 time would be about right. By then the figures should be smoking and the huge reality of WCII should be making itself known to all in the investment community looking for some performance to zip up their funds portfolios. The first signs it seem to me would have to include a 'drop' in the short interest number. I don't think that it would necessarily have to begin with a halving, a drop would I think do adequately. Well we have a drop and so far the stock price has held in the mid upper $30's. If this cntinues with another drop in short interest and a holding at say $33/$38 then this may in fact be the transition. I think it is quite normal tha the market anticipates and when it anticipates it has recently overanticipated so .......here's hoping. Best regards, L
