Worldgate basically puts all the stuff that's in the WebTV box at the headend. No system upgrade needed for systems that currently support addressability for pay-per-view movies. But downstream delivery can be much slower than stated, as it depends upon how many users are sharing the channel, and how much bandwidth the cable system has available to devote to the service.
