Transition Systems Inc. (TSI) today announced results for its fiscal quarter ended Dec. 31, 1996.
The company reported that its revenue for the first quarter of fiscal 1997 increased 29 percent to $8,486,000 compared with $6,558,000 for the first quarter of fiscal 1996. TSI also reported income from operations of $2,399,000, and net income of $1,779,000, an increase of 51 percent compared with $1,179,000 for the corresponding period in fiscal 1996.
The company's net income per share was $0.09 for the first quarter of fiscal 1997 compared with $0.06 per share on a pro forma basis in the corresponding period of fiscal 1996. |
