TCHP had a tough 1996. Hit a high of $7.50 then nosedived to 3/16.
I bought shares first week in January at the $.23-.25 levels.

Have an interesting product---a very user friendly telephone/computer
product. Company says it did very well at a trial in Disney park.

One of their problems is that the did one of those infamous Reg-S deals in 4th quarter. Company claims the $3,000,000 was placed with one long term institution type in England. But it was one of the convertible debenture type deals wherein, as the price drops you can
convert into a greater number of shares (Barron's had an article on this recently). Thus at $3 could convert into, for example, 1 million
shares, at $1 can convert into 3 million shares. Thus, at current
price potential, dilution on conversion is "infinity".

The AMD announcement was a positive as the company is seeking strong strategic alliances to get their self respect back.

Two other stocks I am favorable (and long)on are:
Skygames (SKYGF), up from 3 to 4 in past week--involved in in flight gambling. Own an interest in a joint venture with Harrahs..

Nuko Information System (NUKO)--video compression

From what I hear, FWIW, there are interesting developments afoot.
