I bought a few thousand shares last Thursday without a lot of DD. This weekend I came to the following conclusions:

PROS
1. Great brand name strength Eddie Bauer, Spiegel.
2. Great top-end revenues.
3. Great model/Mail order(Spiegel) to Internet.

CONS
1. Crusty management.
2. Lousy promotion of company, place in the Internet,etc.
3. Losing money.
4. Web site is weak.
5. Huge float.

I think I may have jumped the gun to quickly. Things could change very quickly if these guys formed an Internet division with aggressive management. Still seems like a good value at these levels.
