Frank,

I have thought about Clik! as a competitor to FLASH cards. While they do have some overlapping market, I truely believe that they are not for the same market. At least not for the huge consumer market that Compact FLASH is going after. Clik! requires a drive that's much too costly for low priced consumer electronics. If Iomega can sell Clik! with a drive for 30 dollars, then Clik! would be a direct competitor to Flash card, but I doubt that will ever happen. Clik! can have a few niche market, but FLASH card could turn into a high volume product that's used in various consumer electronics.

My personal feelings are that it's much more likely that FLASH card will drop its price by 70% than for Clik! to do it in the next two years.
