OT:: I'm so upset with my broker, NDB.....to say the least.

I'm on margin and was trading PCCC and SKYM on Thursday.
Their system supposedly tells you how much buying power you have after you make trades.

According to my buying power I had about 2k to the good.

Also after my trades I was up over 6000. So I should have more available for buying power Monday right?

I looked at my account today when they usually update the system and I have a 5K house call. I hate them with a passion.

This is how bad their system is.

You never know if a stock is marginable or not so I've been screwed that way.

Also stocks have different margin requirements, no way of knowing that from their web.

They always screw me when it comes to execution.

Are they suppose to be working for me or against me?

I also have a Datek account. At least they mark which stocks can be margined and shorted. Also they accurately update your buying power constantly based on the current price of you portfolio.

They are only 9.99 a trade NBD is 14.95 and 19.95 for a limit order.

So why do I stay with NDB? Duhhhh.

I can call them easily if I'm not home online.
However, DATEK is slow and a pain to get through.

Can anyone recommend a good broker or advice.

I've lost so much dealing with them.

Craig
