Very good points, I wish someone like you had given me your point of view and shared your experience regarding how some of these proxy's work sooner.

I hadn't realized how the UNLIMITED SHARES and additional directors clauses could be used to work in their favour.

I guess you have to read between the lines and try to imagine how they could make use of, or abuse, these options.
