One thing about your rules that concerns me is no shorting, especially in 2nd half of year. Would something impersonal, such as introducing S&P index shorting the 2nd half of the year be an option for at least 1 e or 2 entries of the 10? Due to Y2K resources drain and fears on top of asian & developing country woes, I anticipate that
the market is likely to drup 2nd half. Thus 1st half largest gainers could be 2nd half large loosers. Scott
