Hello folks,

I've looked at this company's companysleuth site and really like it so I'm now looking at investing in the stock. Wondering if anyone can help answer a few questions:

1) Any clue as to what will happen re: the meeting held with Nasdaq on 11/5 to appeal the delisting? Any idea how far away they are from qualifying?

2) Now that the stock price has powered back > $5, it would seem to be a good time for them to do another financing. Any word about this? Hopefully it will be on better terms than that last preferred stock deal.

3) The preferred stock deal they did in July has the potential to be floorless, and this concerns me especially in conjunction with the delisting. Fortunately only 1,000 shares are still out at this point, but wondering whether this could be enough to do some damage.

4) Any idea as to when this thing could record its first quarter of positive earnings? Has anyone seen any projections of, say, fiscal '00 earnings per share?

Thanks in advance for any help here. Sorry if I'm rehashing anything that has already been discussed. Only had time to read the relatively recent posts.
