Cyrus,

(Off Oil Topic)

I'm with you. I think Abby's cool.

First off, regardless of one's opinion (specific or general)
of analysts, I doubt if anyone gets to play Chief Strategist
at Goldman Sachs on no pair.

Second, (and most important to me for some reason) she walks to
work and does her share of the family's mundane chores. [This
from a long article about her in some financial publication
awhile back.] A very real and grounded person, sounds like
to me.

Track record. Better than most lately, and in the face of a
wildly fluctuating market she's held fast to a basic bullish
opinion which hasn't faltered. (Remember when she was misinter-
preted as having made bearish remarks? Had to go public-immediately-
with an explanation, as the markets went schizoid in moments!)

Besides, those that look to analysts (or burnt tortoise shell
or tarot cards) for a definitive reading of the future don't seem
to understand that it hasn't happened yet--and that everything
(and there are many things) between now and then is a variable.
Nobody, Nowhere knows what's next. You gather your facts, form
an opinion, and lay your money down. Abby probably has a better
fact-gathering apparatus at her disposal than I do. And I suspect
that her punkin is better able to mulch those facts than is mine.
