AOL is a very intriguing partner.

If I was Bud, I'd call up Steve Chase and offer him 25% of Paxson for $1 billion cash and give AOL the rights to 1/4 of his nationwide, digital bandwidth (about 5 Mbytes/second).

With the cash, Paxson could perform an immediate build out of its digital towers and VSB transmission/production equipment, obtain plenty of new programming and still retain 3/4 of his digital bands.
