Watching Newbridge Networks shedding AFFILIATE companies of late, I cannot help but think they are removing from the company portfolio what the 'suitor' does not need... any recent tidbits regarding LU being such a suitor - or is this rumor gotten old already... either way, NN is either preparing its house for a sale, or preparing a war-chest for some shopping of its own - I tend to believe they're being trimmed down for a sale, and LU seems a likely purchaser, with Seimens a second runner up... comments ? mikel
