I recommend, however, that you hold off until noon tomorrow, in order to make sure you're sending in the right list of questions. For example, I've haphazardly added two questions of my own. Do you have these? Also, there are two versions out there, one from Jon Tara and the other a nice categorized list that Brady put together.
In my view, you should take the liberty to compile the best list of questions you feel are appropriate, given what's available. And, yes, I will personally contact Pat Hayton and inform him that a series of questions, which represent a reasonable consensus among shareholders, will be presented to him both by FAX and by mail. Please foward to me your final version of questions, I will print them and also send them by snail mail to Mr. Hayton, under the cover names of Cliff Wade, Brady Bragg and my own. |
