Tom, I'm well aware of WCTI and it's potential to SKYROCKET the closer we get to start-up. I have been accumulating sine below $3.00, and plan on doing so every chance I get. I said it before, and I'll say it again. WCTI may indeed perform as Yahoo and Excite have done in the past. No B.S.
