Jeff, sorry I trashed the email, but to answer part of your question, Touchstone has been sending emails to their known customer base with info on new products, emphasizing loyalty, etc. Anyway, it seems they are doing this more now than previously, and I liked especially the emphasis on loyalty and reaching to its subscriber base...it also mentioned the numerous + reviews with links to the articles, which made same even more appealing. Gordon oops...just read Jeff T. message, he printed what I was referring to. Anyway, a nice marketing effort! Gordon
