Dear JWK: A very professionally written piece. Much of it appears to jive with what Jenkins has been saying for a long time. Part I liked the best was that problem will go on for years after 2,000. If that is so, then seems to me TAVA will have this work available to it, in addition to the expanded core business. JDN
