*AV* MY LIST

My original list from 12/31 is being posted again in order to make some
changes. I have previously stated that the semis are dynamic and
sometimes changes occur real fast. I also have stated time and time again
my strategy of taking profits when they are presented. One of the tools
I use (rather crude)is my thirds approach to the top 10 profits. I crossed
a threshold tonight at 39% as you will see. To that end, I am beginning
and exit strategy for the top 10 stocks and put the money aside or into
the bottom 2 thirds in order to maximize profits as they take off. I also
add to the list, if attractive situations arise. Also, IMHO, the techs
do not fare well for me on Fridays or Mondays when I try to exit. So tomorrow
I will begin a rigorous process of exiting some of these stocks.

AMAT 36 46.875 30.21%
AEIS 5.375 7.125 32.56%
LRCX 28.25 37.5 32.74%
ONTK 15 20 33.33%
SVGI 20.125 27.125 34.78%
CFMT 21 29 38.10%
NVLS 54.25 78.5 44.70%
QCOM 40 58.875 47.19%
PLAB* 25.5 38 49.02%
TNCR 26.5 39.75 50.00% 39.3%

The stocks listed above have exceeded a 40% profit since New Years. My orignal
entry points were before this but as far as this group is concerned, the
3 1/2 week gains reside at 39%. These stocks are being rotated out of the
holdings. This does not mean they have fell out of favor with me. It means
that I am not going to tempt fate or get greedy. I beleive there are some
other more lucrative opportunities out there. To this end "You gotta know
when to hold and you gotta know when to fold" but also remember
"I'LLL BEEEE BAAAACK!!!!"

The following is the remainder of the list and new additions. I will be
accumulating or making an initial investment in the new areas.

For those that will ask me where I am going, I honestly do not have a clue
yet with the following exceptions.

IDTI - been on list but no position exists. I will be rotating in there
up to 11 ask.

WFR - solid company and on the slightest pullback, I add to this position
and take it to 35-50. I do not own enough of these shares.

CRUS - getting too nervous and 3/4 won't matter much in the scheme of things.

CHPS - in for a nickel, in for a dollar. More averaging down on this. When
it recovers, it will be a good pop for me due to averaging down. People
on this thread have said good things and I am content to wait for it to come to pass. It will see 20 this year.

I may not be checking the thread as often since I need to take care of the
above business. This is going to be time consuming since 3 of the 10 stocks
represent major holdings of which 1 is one of my top 5.

On the "Picks"

ALYD - I am a believer (some profits in semis going to "the picks") and
will accumulate a little more.

ZE - INTV - PRGS-----these are essentially stagnating and will be rotated
out of at an appropriate time to build up more ALYD, KNIC, CREE

CSGI - one more trip to 15 and "Hasta la vista baby". I am not seeing the
%s Shawn is talking about. Even he has to bee low on $7 stock. His holdings
should be like the rest of us, in the 11-13 range.

I will admit that my 12/31 list has turned into short term gains list that
exceeded my expectations. I timed the herd mentality on the semis and was
there before the herd. I now beleive the herd is going to head toward the
undiscovered semis which appear as the top 2/3 of the old list since they
have not participated in the run up yet. I am willing to sit and wait for
them. I encourage Shawn to seriously do his DD on CRUS since this is an
opportunity he will miss by neglecting it.

Finally, I reserve the right to get back into any of these stocks on pullbacks.
