ACTIVE APPAREL GROUP, INC.'S WEB SITE DEBUTS ON FASHIONMALL.COM;

NEW YORK, Dec. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Active Apparel Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: AAGP) today announced the debut of its Web site, everlastusa.com, which will also appear on Fashionmall.com.

Active Apparel chairman and chief executive George Q. Horowitz said, "We have a fairly aggressive schedule for introducing products via our new site. Initially we will focus on utilizing the site to promote our Everlast women's activewear line. During next year's first quarter, we plan to add the Everlast men's activewear line. Swimwear will be added in early Spring."

According to Mr. Horowitz, the Company's presence at Fashionmall.com will help generate retail traffic. He said, "Our site includes a 'Store Locator' feature. By typing in their zip codes, customers are able to locate the nearest retailer that carries our products. In addition, the 'What's New' section provides consumers with updates on in-store promotions, celebrity appearances and new styles."

To support the introduction of its site, Active Apparel will be sponsoring monthly contests. The first contest offers entrants the opportunity to win a $100 gift certificate for online purchases of Everlast activewear.

Headquartered in New York City, Active Apparel Group, Inc. is a designer, marketer and supplier of women's, girls', men's and unisex activewear, sportswear, swimwear and accessories.
