FAB Capital is just an analyst named Bergman who has known En Pointe for a long time and probably (iMO) thought he could create some excitement by talking about "ecommerce"

ENPT (along with other companies) have been involved in ecommerce for years (some companies for decades) and have already come to the realization that ecommerce is but another channel of distribution, nothing more nothing less. Ecommerce is not a panacea, large customers still want support and a person to talk to, and account teams to work out large deals. It will take some time before the newcomers to ecommerce figure this out. What is interesting to me is that Wall Street values En Pointe as a weak distributor (roughly .1 x revenues) how long will it be before Amazon is valued as a distributor (albeit of books and CDs) too.

All that said and done I agree that that ENPT is terribly cheap, with good management and a solid, profitable business.

Happy Holidays!
