Random musings to myself after reading the 10K -

Will this company actually make money by setting up Wireless Local Loop in the Ukraine and Russia? What a time to be involved there. Partnering with Tass and Metrosvyaz Ltd (itself a partnership of local Russian Telecom Operators).

Then in the Ukraine, if QCOM distributes this to Leap, they are partnering with Rhuta-Farm and Victor Zholinski,a wealthy individual (Who is this guy?).

I hope Leap knows what it is getting into.
