Saudi's and Iran are facing huge deficits as a percentage of GDP, it is second time in last two months that Saudi's have borrowed from open markets..a devaluation of ME currencies can have negative impact on Banking stocks... Watch out for continued lowering of Oil, I have decided to go out of my Oil positions if Oil drops below 9.20$-- the contagion lowering prices will have some impact on global equity markets if oil fails to find bottom somewhere here..
