Peter,
AMGEN has a great track record in patent battles. This one is going to be close. I know of two analyst at major firms who hired outside counsel to give an opinion and they reached different conclusions. i think loosing the battle in the US is priced into the stock. TKTX will undoutedly be a competitor in Europe. The technology appears to be robust. I would probably be a buyer on weakness into the teens.
