Hi Ghassan (and all)!

Actually, I don't have much to say about the earnings. They are better than they had previously announced. To me, this is pretty much a non-event (or slightly positive). The loss was expected, and Borland is well on its way to recovery in the next couple quarters. It is good to see that the only major expense that increased was R&D, and that cash is still being preserved very well.

What *I'M* looking forward to are the product releases (and particularly the pricing schemes). I feel that this will tremendously boost the revenues, earnings, morale, value of Borland, and the stock price. These three new flagship products EACH have the potential to DWARF the results of any previous product that Borland has ever released (including good 'ole Turbo Pascal).

Welcome back to the States, Ghassan! I hope you have a pleasant surprise when you return, too.
