Art, if HEC buys back it will spend all of its money and have nothing left for the billion bucks or so investment that the fields development will take, not a very rational approach, unless you have lined up a better financing approach. By the way, the $90 MM (the European deal, face value of $85 MM but with interest it will get to your number by the middle of next year or so) does not mature to floorless status until 2001, I believe, the repricing right now is only for the $15 MM (plus another $15 MM in warrants at the same terms). The big floorless is what will start and weigh over the stock in the future, if and when it creep back to the $6 level or so.
