Len, Your right (as usual!). I found this in the FAQ file of Help: " The resulting recommendation is based in what the network predicts the stock will do in the following ten days from the last date in the historical file. The network predicts the future performance of the stock based by feeding the latest data to the model it refined during training. " I had mis-interpreted what it said... At least now, I've something else to think about. Bill
