[ new SEC rule] Reggie, Sorry to jump in here but I have an example.

Between 1/10 -1/13 Fri & Mon PNCL took a huge jump (on news) 4.62 to 7.37 . Over 2 1/4 up from my point of view. It actually was much more than that from bottom to top. Started on 1/8 I saw it on a breakout.

Tues when everyone wanted to take the profits the spread was 1.25 so ....

One for me and 1.25 for the MM.

Frankly, I feel entitled to 2.00 not 1.00.

The funny part is the ask bid spread was not that big on the way up.

On the way down it was 1.25 spread. The MMs make their profit no matter which game they play.

I think it's great the rules are changing. I hope they scrutinize the MMs much closer too!!

You don't have to deal with them on the NYSE or AMEX.
