The real payoff for selling to ABT would come in future shareholder value. This is something JT has said over and over again. The bulk of ABTX's acquisitions have been done for cash...not sure how the future shareholder value of ABTX matters to these sellers since they no longer have a stake in the company. If I've missed something let me know. With regards to poster identification, what is you full name (the one your parents gave you)? Tell you what, if I ever sell a company to ABTX I'll provide you with that info. drakes353
