Intel buying s3 makes a lot of sense if they truly wanted to get into the 3D market. The low trading price of this stock makes s3 a prime takeover target by some big company, Intel or otherwise. Maybe that's what's going on in the past few days, some giant company is deliberately lowering the stock price so they can buy it up cheap in a hostile takeover. Well, we can dream can't we?! :-)
