Since the average mutual fund underperforms broad market indicies; it seems to me that many "shoeshine boys", "mailroom clerks", and your average trained monkey make _better_ investment decisions than most professionals.

Why scary? Actually that sentiment seems to contradict the documentary's concern. Retirement plans seem more in line with long term investment than speculation. I'd like to hold INTC til I retire
( and that'll be soon if it keeps doubling every year :-) ;-) :-) ).
