The EEC are becoming a pain in the butt...... Germany have suddenly realised that they are one of the biggest contributors and have turned around and said that they don't mind that status but for it to remain that way they think that tax wise there should be a level playing field to stop us Welsh snaffling all the inward investment by offering massive grants. del.
