PT, unfortunately, I didn't bookmark the page. I got the super economy-sized "all records for one price" for $15, and you can download as many as you want for 24 hours, but without the bookmark, I'd have to pay again.

There were a good number of judgements that named only Pat Hayton. They were, generally, smaller judgements, typically a few thousand dollars. There were quite a number of judgements in the maximum of $5000 for small-claims court.

But I think that Pat's business dealings are more germaine than his personal ones. I think it's less important if he didn't pay the florist (I don't know if he didn't pay a florist or not - that was just one of your examples) than if he was found liable in some business dealing.

OF COURSE Pat Hayton isn't going to be the only defendant named in lawsuits over business dealings - there almost always is going to be some corporation involved.

Congrats, PT, you've created yet another paper tiger and soundly conquered it!
