It looks like ETrade is more concerned about pulling in more customers and pleasing investors with its revenue that they're leaving their customers out in the cold. Reminds one of AOL. They kept pushing and pushing to try to get to 10m customers by this summer that their servers couldn't handle it. Cheers, Chi-X has Spoken! CEO Chi International members.aol.com
