Have you ever been driving behind somebody who swerves left just before turning right? That's what NAVR is doing right now. Not to say I understand the mechanics perfectly, but this little dip is probably some Market Maker trying to shake out weak hands so he/she can load up for the inevitable explosion that is sure to come for those investors patient enough to sit thru mouthful after sumptuous mouthful of e-cakes.
