Actually, the formula will give you an "average" DOW difference based on the combo of accuracy of each h,l,c with c being weighted more. The divisor just brings things back to a weight of 1 and the square root is just that we are taking the sum of the squares of the differences, weighted of course. But you don't have to take the square root or divide by 6... the ranks will be the same!
